How to get extreme volume & movement using TIGI BedHead hair products
Apply to damp hair for volume and extreme movement: 1. Work 1 pump of Totally Baked and 1 pump of Small Talk into hands and emulsify together. Evenly distribute throughout damp hair. 2.
